Puree soup can be prepared using either an immersion blender or a bowl blender. As for the products necessary for the soup, it all depends on the desire of the hostess. You can cook a hearty soup puree with meat broth, cream soup from mushrooms, diet vegetable soup.

Puree soup is served both hot and cold, and there are dessert options for such soups. The general principle of their preparation is that pre-softened products are brought to a puree state using a blender.

Carrot Soup

Heat 30 g butter in a metal saucepan, add 300 g sliced ​​carrots and half finely chopped onion. Cover the pan and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the ginger powder. Pour in 0.5 l of chicken stock (pre-cooked or prepared, from the packaging). Salt, add black ground pepper.

Simmer the mixture for about 40 minutes. Cool the soup a little, pour it into the blender bowl and grind it to a puree state. If you don’t like the grainy texture of mashed soup, after grinding with a blender, wipe the finished soup through a sieve. Pour the mixture back into the saucepan and bring it to a boil. Pour in 50 ml of cream, mix. Garnish the finished soup with a sprig of cilantro and a circle of carrots.

Potato soup with mushrooms

Peel 500 g of potatoes, cut into small pieces. Boil in a small amount of salted water until cooked. Finely chop 1 onion, fry it in vegetable oil. Add 200 g of chopped champignon to the onion, salt and fry the onion with mushrooms until cooked and evaporated. Place mushrooms, onions and potatoes in a blender and grind to a puree state.

Mix 250 ml of milk and 250 ml of cream, add the mixture to a blender and whisk again. Pour the soup into a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Before serving, decorate the finished soup with the feathers of green chives.

Dessert Soup

Place 600 g of frozen berries (raspberries, strawberries, cherries, currants) in a saucepan, add 250 g of granulated sugar, cover with a lid and cook in a small amount of water for about 15 minutes. Cool the finished mixture and pour it into the blender. Grind the berries.

Pour the prepared soup into serving cups and refrigerate. Before serving, put a ball of cream ice cream in each cup and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.

Do not boil the prepared soup puree - it only needs to be brought to a boil. Remember the process of brewing coffee on the stove - with mashed soup, they do the same.

Useful advice

Puree soup can be prepared for future use. Pour it into portioned tins or glass bowls and place in the freezer. In this form, the soup is safely stored for 2-3 months.
