You will need
- medium sized celery root - 1 pc.
- celery stalk - 200 g
- fresh or canned champignons - 200 g
- onions - 1 pc.
- garlic - 1 clove
- milk - 200 ml
- olive oil
- water
- salt
- ground black pepper

Thoroughly wash the celery root, peel and cut into fairly large cubes. Immerse in a pot with salted water and cook over medium heat until softened for 15-20 minutes.

Chop onions, garlic and champignons and fry in a pan until golden brown. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Allow the vegetables to cool slightly, then immerse in a blender and beat with milk until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Add to taste.

Pour the finished soup into plates, garnish with mint or celery petals. Bon Appetit!

Celery root is quite hard, so it may take extra time to cook.
Useful advice
Celery puree soup can be served with crackers or homemade croutons.
