Replace Japanese mayonnaise with a regular one. It’s best to choose a high-quality tasty product without any additional additives like lemon juice and olives. Slightly changing the taste of mayonnaise will help a couple drops of ketchup. It will turn pale pink and will already look like the spicy served in Japanese restaurants. Next, in a future sauce you need to add a little carefully chopped garlic.

But we continue to change it further. A few drops of soy sauce are added to the sauce, after which it is thoroughly mixed.
