- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of curry powder
- 1 apple
- teaspoon of lemon juice
- tsp ready mustard
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of cream

Peel one onion and 1-2 cloves of garlic. Finely chop them and put fry in 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

When the onion turns golden, slowly add 1 tablespoon of flour into it and continue to fry for another 2 minutes, constantly stirring with a wooden spatula.

Remove curry sauce from the stove. Pour a glass of meat broth and mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps. Then add curry powder in the amount of two tablespoons and mix again.

The saucepan is put on the stove again, brought to a boil and simmered for 5 minutes.

During this time, the washed apple is peeled, rubbed on a fine grater and added to a boiling sauce.

Squeeze the juice from the lemon and pour one teaspoon into an almost ready sauce, put one teaspoon of ready mustard in the sauce for a pungent taste.
