Crab stick sauce is the perfect complement to pasta, rice or mashed potatoes. Cooking it is very easy and fast. It is also an excellent substitute for meat sauces and gravy if you do not eat meat protein.

  • - 200 ml cream

First of all, finely chop the onions and three carrots on a grater. In the container where we will prepare the sauce, pour the vegetable oil and fry the vegetables. After 5-7 minutes after the start of frying, pour 2-3 tablespoons of water into vegetables and leave to stew.

Finely chop the crab sticks or crab meat. Add them to the vegetables. All salt, pepper, mix and leave to simmer for another 5 minutes.

Pour the vegetables and crab meat with cream, add all your favorite spices and once again add salt and pepper. The sauce should not boil very much, but only gurgle on low heat for the final readiness of onions and carrots.

When the vegetables have reached full readiness, turn off the heat and add melted cheese and garlic to the hot sauce. Stir everything gently until the cheese is completely melted. At the end, you can add dill or parsley at your discretion. Serve hot side dishes.
