You will need

  • - 1 kilogram of beef fillet,

  • - 1 egg

  • - 50 grams of smoked bacon,

  • - 1 onion,

  • - 2 small apples,

  • - 1/2 bunch of parsley,

  • - 3 tablespoons of butter,

  • - 1 teaspoon of dry rosemary,

  • - 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

  • - 50 grams of ground almonds,

  • - 1 tablespoon of ghee,

  • - 200 milliliters of broth,

  • - 1-2 teaspoons of mustard,

  • - salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Instruction manual

1

Wash the parsley, tear off the leaves and chop them. Peel and chop the onion. Rinse the apples, peel, cut the core and cut into small cubes. Chop the almonds with a knife.

2

Cut the bacon into strips and fry in 1 tablespoon of butter until fat is leaked out of it. Add onion with rosemary to the bacon, mix and fry for another 2 minutes.

3

Combine apple, almond, parsley. Pour it all in the egg and mix well. Pour the resulting mass into the bacon and season with lemon juice.

4

Rinse the beef well, pat dry with a paper towel and cut into thin slices of the desired size. Rub the beef with a mixture of salt and ground pepper.

5

Heat ghee in a pan. Put the meat in a pan and fry over high heat for one minute on each side.

6

Put the fried steaks on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. On top of the meat lay a mixture of apples with almonds and bacon. Bake beef in the oven at 175 degrees for about 40 minutes.

7

Pour the broth into a small saucepan and boil it over high heat. Pour the resulting sauce in a saucer and mix with mustard, butter, salt and pepper.

8

Carefully remove the meat from the pan and serve with the sauce.
