  • 2 full cups of wheat flour;
  • 300 g sour cream;
  • 120 g butter;
  • 5 medium-sized apples.

  1. The first thing to do is prepare the dough. To do this, you need to remove the cow oil from the refrigerator in advance so that it becomes soft. Then the butter is placed in a rather deep bowl and granulated sugar is poured there. The resulting mass is well rubbed.
  2. Then, in the mixed ingredients, put sour cream, and also add baking powder or soda. In this case, it is worth considering that baking soda should not be extinguished, because it is mixed with sour cream. The resulting mass is thoroughly mixed.
  3. After this, you can begin to directly knead the dough. To do this, pre-sifted flour is poured into a container with mixed ingredients and everything is kneaded. As a result, the dough should turn out quite soft.
  4. The baking dish should be well lubricated with cow butter (can be replaced with vegetable oil or margarine). Then the whole dough is put in the form, and it must be distributed along the bottom, do not forget to make small sides. As a result, you should get a semblance of a small plate.
  5. Next, prepare the filling. To do this, wash the apples and cut them into not very large slices (do not forget to remove the core). After the apples are prepared, they need to be laid out on an even layer on the dough. Top with fruit sprinkled with cinnamon.
  6. Prepare the fill. To do this, mix the remaining granulated sugar with the egg, and then add ½ cup sour cream to the resulting mixture. Pour apples from above with this filling.
  7. Then the baking dish must be sent to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Sour cream cake will be ready in about 40 minutes.
  8. In order to decorate a finished and already cooled cake, you can use powdered sugar. You just need to sprinkle it on top of the apple filling and that's it. Amazingly delicious and fragrant dessert is ready.
