First of all, we peel all the potatoes, divide each into two halves along and set to cook until fully cooked. The potato should be soft, but not boiled.

It is recommended that butter be held at room temperature beforehand so that it becomes soft and lends itself to kneading with a fork. Finely chop the dill, grate the garlic and mix everything with soft butter. We also add salt to this mixture.

When the potatoes are cooked until fully cooked, cool it. Next, we take a fork or knife and point it carefully in the middle of each half of the potatoes, “dig” a hole, but without piercing the bottom. We leave the soft potatoes that we get from these actions in the same boat.

In each potato boat obtained, add butter with dill and garlic, gently spread over the entire surface. Since we have made indentations in each half, the oil will not flow outside the potatoes when melting. Pepper everything to your liking.

Sprinkle each boat oiled with grated cheese and spread on a baking sheet. We send the baking sheet to the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes to melt the cheese.
