You will need

  • Ingredients for making two burgers:

  • - chocolate paste (thick) - 120 grams;

  • - kiwi - 1 piece;

  • - banana - 1 piece (if large, then half is enough);

  • - ripe peach - 1 piece (peach should be soft, can be replaced with canned during off-season);

  • - icing sugar - 1 tablespoon;

  • - a small sweet bun (the bun should be soft, as in Berliner) - 2 pieces;

  • - butter - 1 tablespoon;

  • - A little icing sugar and ground cinnamon for decoration.

Instruction manual

1

Mix chocolate paste with powdered sugar until smooth (it is better to make it with a mixer). Put in special tins that match the diameter of the bun in diameter to make two such "cutlets". Place in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes to set.

2

Kiwi, bananas and peaches cut into thin slices.

3

Melt the butter in a small saucepan, but do not bring it to a boil.

4

Cut both buns. Pour half melted butter evenly with a teaspoon each.

5

Remove the frozen chocolate paste from the refrigerator, remove from the mold, put the circles on the kiwi. Put a layer of bananas on top.

6

Cover with the second half of the rolls, pierce with a skewer. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and ground cinnamon, if desired. Mini burgers are ready!

note

You need to cook burgers immediately before serving, especially if it is hot outside or indoors. Otherwise, the chocolate paste will spread.

Useful advice

You can use almost any fruit that you like. If they are not very soft, then you can grind them to a state of mashed potatoes and put it in a thin layer.
