Prepared in such a way prunes put in a blender bowl, add raw seeds. You can choose peeled sunflower or pumpkin seeds, or take a mixture of seeds in proportions to taste and desire. To prepare the filling, mix coconut flakes with water and coconut oil. This mixture should be refrigerated for 10 minutes.
