Chop the tomatoes by slicing them into quarters and place in a deep baking dish. Pour enough olive oil there and pour marjoram along with Provencal herbs. Peel the garlic, then crush it with a knife, or rather, its flat side, and put on chopped vegetables. Send the resulting mass to bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.

Peel the onion and cut into slices. Then fry it in olive oil until it is covered with a golden crust. Pieces of bacon put in a separate pan and fry too.

After the time has elapsed, 1/4 of the baked vegetables pass through a sieve. Bake the remaining tomatoes for another 5 minutes.

Beating eggs thoroughly, add salt and pepper to them. Grind the cheese into cubes, and then introduce it into the egg mass along with such ingredients as sour cream, a sauce made from a grated tomato, as well as fried slices of bacon and onion and baked vegetables. Shuffle everything as it should. The filling for the cheese pie is ready.
