  • - a pinch of salt;

  • - yolk;

  • - 30 g of cocoa powder;

  • - 65 g finely chopped walnuts;

  • - 60 g of melted dark chocolate;

  • - 40-50 g chopped walnut.

Beat softened butter with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until airy, add salt and drive in the yolk.

Sift flour and cocoa powder into the cream, mix until smooth. Add chopped walnuts, mix the dough, wrap it in cling film and put in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 175C. Using two spoons, we form balls of dough, and then give them the shape of crescents. We spread the crescents on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and send it to the oven for 10-12 minutes.
