Goldfish Salad with Crab Sticks
They are used in many salads. In this, this product plays a dominant role. To prepare this dish, take:
- 300 g fillet of sea fish (any);
- 5 eggs;
- 250 g canned corn;
- 200 g of crab sticks;
- 2/3 cup pre-boiled rice;
- mayonnaise;
- salt;
- for decoration - a slice of tomato, a circle of cucumber, seaweed, 4 crab sticks.
Boil fish fillets, cool. They do the same with eggs, they just cool them in cold water and then clean them. Dice the fillets, eggs and crab sticks. Mix these products with boiled rice, corn, salt, mayonnaise and put on a plate, giving the shape of a fish.
The tail and fins are made of crab sticks, cut into thin strips. To create a "scale" they are cut into circles. The eye will turn out from a circle of cucumber, and the mouth from a tomato. Sea kale will imitate algae.
Golden fish salad with canned salmon
You can not mix the ingredients, but spread them in layers. This is how this salad is made, for which you will need:
- 1 average can of salmon;
- 3 hard-boiled eggs;
- 1 small can of canned green pot;
- 1 fresh cucumber;
- 6 feathers of green onions;
- boiled carrot for decoration.
Each layer (except for salmon) is lightly sprinkled with salt and smeared with a small amount of mayonnaise. Mash canned salmon with a fork and put in the form of fish on a plate. A cucumber is laid on it, cut in the form of squares or straws.
The third layer is eggs crushed with a coarse grater. Next - chopped feathers of onions. The last is a layer of peas. If you want the fish to be emerald in color, then you can stop there. A goldfish will become if it is decorated on top with slices of carrots cut into circles.
