Salad with salmon and mozzarella is very tender and festive. Such a salad came to us from France less than half a century ago and is now served at various festivities or as a healthy meal.

You will need

  • - 1 pack (250 g) salted salmon

  • - 2 medium tomatoes

  • - 150 g mozzarella cheese

  • - 1 PC. red onion

  • - 1 bunch of lettuce

  • - 3 tbsp. l capers

  • - 3 tbsp. l olive oil

  • - 1 tbsp. l lemon juice

  • - 1 tbsp. l mustard

  • -1 tsp dried herbs

  • - salt and pepper to taste

Remove from the package and wash the fish, then dry it and cut into thin strips. Transfer the fish to a plate, sprinkle with lemon juice and leave for 10-15 minutes.

Peel the onion from the husk, rinse in cold water, dry, cut in half and cut into half rings. Place the onion in a bowl of fish. Cut the cheese into medium-sized cubes.

Rinse tomatoes, lettuce, cut into slices. Wash the leaves of lettuce in cold water, tear into pieces.
