Salad with salmon and mozzarella is very tender and festive. Such a salad came to us from France less than half a century ago and is now served at various festivities or as a healthy meal.

You will need
- - 1 pack (250 g) salted salmon
- - 2 medium tomatoes
- - 150 g mozzarella cheese
- - 1 PC. red onion
- - 1 bunch of lettuce
- - 3 tbsp. l capers
- - 3 tbsp. l olive oil
- - 1 tbsp. l lemon juice
- - 1 tbsp. l mustard
- -1 tsp dried herbs
- - salt and pepper to taste

Remove from the package and wash the fish, then dry it and cut into thin strips. Transfer the fish to a plate, sprinkle with lemon juice and leave for 10-15 minutes.

Peel the onion from the husk, rinse in cold water, dry, cut in half and cut into half rings. Place the onion in a bowl of fish. Cut the cheese into medium-sized cubes.

Rinse tomatoes, lettuce, cut into slices. Wash the leaves of lettuce in cold water, tear into pieces.

Now it's time to make a salad dressing. To do this, take olive oil, mustard, dried herbs, salt and pepper, mix everything thoroughly, warm up a little.

Put all the ingredients in the salad bowl, mix, pour the dressing and serve. Salad with salmon and mozzarella is ready.
note
Before serving, the salad should stand for 10-15 minutes, soak with dressing.
Useful advice
You can add balsamic vinegar to the dressing for a richer taste.
