    • pomegranate - 2 pcs;

    • walnut - 100 g;
    • garlic - 2-4 cloves;
    • parsley;
    • salt to taste.

Prepare all the ingredients for the salad. Boil eggs, potatoes and beets until cooked. Then cool them and peel them. Peel the onions, wash the parsley and gently remove the grains from the pomegranate, preserving their integrity.

Grate eggs, beets, and potatoes. Chop the onion and parsley finely. Grind a walnut using a food processor or manually, crushing it in a mortar. All components must be folded into separate containers.

Boil the beef until tender in slightly salted water. Let it cool and then cut into small pieces.

Make a salad dressing. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and chopped garlic. The amount of the last ingredient depends entirely on your preference. If desired, you can give the salad a light garlic flavor (1-2 cloves) or a pronounced flavor (4 cloves).

Form a salad. Place an inverted glass in the middle of a large, flat, circular dish. Around it, lay a thin layer of potatoes and gently coat with the cooked dressing.

On top of the potatoes, put half of the existing meat, be sure to maintain the specified shape of the bracelet. Also coat this layer with dressing and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.

Mix the eggs with parsley and form the next layer, coated with mayonnaise. Then put the rest of the beef and spread the dressing.

Gently lay the beets on the meat and grease the dressing again, only this time more abundantly. Then adjust the shape of the salad so that it resembles an even circle, and carefully remove the glass from the center of the salad. Using napkins, gently remove any spilled ingredients or drops of mayonnaise from the plate.

Spread the pomegranate seeds evenly over the salad so that there is no gap between them. If one fruit was not enough, take the second.
