Boil chicken breast in salted water, then cool and cut into small pieces - the smaller, the better.

Wash the mushrooms, dry with a kitchen towel, cut into small slices and fry in vegetable oil until a beautiful brown color appears. Drain the oil and cool the fried mushrooms themselves.

Wash the cucumber, wipe, cut into short strips. The peel can not be removed if it is not bitter. Rub the cheese on a grater.
