Let's start with lentils. If there are spoiled grains, remove them. Rinse the remaining groats well and boil as indicated in the instructions. Boil lentils for 20 minutes.

Wash the spinach and cut off its stems. Grind spinach is not necessary. Put it in a skillet and fry until the spinach is soft. Then add the pre-chopped garlic. The resulting mixture should be fried for another minute, stirring the entire mixture.

After the spinach and garlic are cooked, add the lentils that you already boiled to this mixture, and mix everything thoroughly. Add some balsamic vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste, fry for another minute, stirring constantly. Salad ready. It should be served warm.
