With this recipe, properly baked fish will simply melt in your mouth. Take 500 grams of fish fillet and cut it into small pieces. Peel, wash, and chop the raw potatoes into thin strips. It is advisable to use young potatoes.

Prepare 4 ceramic pots for baking. At the bottom of each pot, put one tablespoon of butter, then evenly lay the fish fillet. Salt, pepper to taste. Then put the potatoes on the fish. Season with salt and pepper again. Add a little finely chopped onion or garlic. Top with 1 tablespoon of sour cream. Under the influence of temperature, it spreads and impregnates the potato with a pleasant creamy taste.

Pour 1/4 of boiled water into the pot, sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Close the pots and put them in the oven for an hour. Bake at 180 degrees. Serve hot.
