To prepare fish cutlets in aero grill, any white fish fillet, for example, cod, zander or hake, is suitable. Defrost the fish (not completely, but so that it stays a little frostbitten). Peel the onion. Cut off all the crusts from the bread and soak the crumb in milk.

Pass the fish through a meat grinder. Also, roll bread soaked in milk and a medium-sized onion. Add 1 raw egg and sour cream to the minced fish. Salt everything, pepper and very carefully mix the minced fish with your hands.

Form round cutlets from this mass and immediately place them on the middle grill. Cook them at high speed and a temperature of 200 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes, depending on the size of the cutlets.
