Millet porridge is not the most frequent guest on the tables. But in vain! Recent studies have proven that millet porridge is one of the best remedies that remove traces of antibiotics from the body. - pumpkin - 0.5 kg;
- milk - 3 glasses;
- water - 2-2.5 glasses;
- butter - 100 gr;
- salt

Carefully sort out the millet and rinse several times until the drained water is completely clear. Pour boiling water over the last time and discard on a sieve so that the glass liquid. This must be done so that the finished porridge does not bitter.

Fry dried cereal in butter for 5-7 minutes.

Boil water and pour the fried millet in boiling water. Close the pan with millet lid and simmer over low heat until cooked. Do not mix. The only thing to do is keep an eye on the water. To do this, carefully push the groats along the wall with a spoon and monitor the liquid level in the pan. When it is fully boiled, turn off the heat and set the porridge aside. Do not worry, if the cereal seems hard to you, it will gain the necessary softness during the next processing.

Peel the pumpkin and seeds and cut into cubes with a side about a centimeter. Bring the milk to a boil, add salt and sugar to taste. Pour the chopped pumpkin into the milk and simmer over low heat until the pumpkin is soft. You can add at this stage a handful of peeled and washed white raisins.

Mix pumpkin and undercooked porridge. Do not drain the milk, it is necessary for the porridge to be boiled and become soft. Pour the mixture into portioned pots, cover and place in a cold oven. Stew porridge at a temperature of 180-200 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes.

Before serving, add butter to each pot.

Ceramic pots do not tolerate a sharp change in temperature, so they are always put in a cold oven. Once the pots are removed from the oven, they must not be placed on a cold, wet surface. They may crack.
Useful advice
If you prefer not friable, but viscous porridge, then you need to take twice as much water, do not fry the cereal in butter, and stir constantly during cooking.
