You will need

    • For the first recipe:
    • • packaging of finished puff pastries - 1 pc;
    • • a can of pink salmon or any other red fish - 1 pc;
    • • cottage cheese with herbs - 1 jar;
    • • carrots - 2 pcs;
    • • onions - 2 pcs;
    • • mayonnaise - 2 tbsp;
    • • tomato - 1 pc;
    • • dill greens - 2 branches;
    • • salt - 2 pinches.
    • For the second recipe (for 3 pots):
    • • potatoes - 1 kg;
    • • meat 300 - gr;
    • • carrots - 1 pc;
    • • onions - 2 pcs;
    • • milk - 150 ml;
    • • butter - 60 g;
    • • Salt
    • pepper to taste.
    • For the third recipe:
    • • instant wheat porridge (in bags) - 2 packets;
    • • stew - 1 can;
    • • carrots - 1 pc;
    • • onions - 1 pc;
    • • butter - 100 g;
    • • salt
    • pepper to taste.

Recipe 1. "Fish puff cake."

• Wash the carrots and rub on a coarse grater.

• Peel and dice the onion.

• Fry onions and carrots in butter. Cool. Salt, pepper, add 1 tbsp. mayonnaise and mix well.

• Put pink salmon from a jar on a plate, clean. Pound with a fork, adding the juice from the jar in which the fish was lying. Add 1 tbsp. mayonnaise and stir well.

• Cut the tomato into rings.

• Put the first cake on a dish or chopping board. Distribute the fish mass on it - this is the first layer.

• Put a second layer of fish on the fish. Place passivated vegetables evenly on it (leave 1 tablespoon to decorate the cake) - this is the second layer.

• Put the next cake on top of the vegetables. Distribute the curd cheese on it (leave 1 tablespoon of cheese for decoration), and on top of it put the chopped tomato - this is the third layer.

• Put the fourth cake. On top of the cake, anoint 1 tablespoon of cheese, distribute the passivated vegetables on it and sprinkle with chopped herbs.

• Tighten the cake with cling film and refrigerate for 2–3 hours.

• Cut the finished cake into pieces.

Recipe 2. “Potato in a pot.” • Peel and chop the potatoes into small pieces.

• Wash the carrots, peel and grate on a coarse grater.

• Peel and chop the onion.

• Fry vegetables in butter until golden brown.

• Cut the meat into squares.

• At the bottom of the pot, put 30 g of butter, a little passaged vegetables. Salt.

• Put meat on the next layer.

• Put potatoes on top of the meat, almost to the neck of the pot, and salt. Put passivated vegetables. Pour 50 ml of milk and a spoonful of mayonnaise.

• Put the pots in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1.2-1.5 hours.

• Salty gherkin is perfect for such a delicious potato.

Recipe 3. "Porridge for real men."

• Peel and rub the carrots on a fine grater.

• Peel and chop onions.

• Fry vegetables in butter, add a can of stew. Cover and hold on low heat for 10 minutes.

• Cook 2 bags of cereal in salted water.

• Add cooked porridge to the fried delicious and nutritious.
