1.5 cups of oatmeal, half a glass of dried fruits (raisins, dried apricots, prunes, any dried berries), 1.5-2 cups of walnuts (or pecans), 50 grams of butter (can be replaced with olive), 1/4 cup coconut shavings, 1 banana, 1 egg, vanilla on the tip of a knife, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, ground nutmeg on the tip of a knife, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons of honey (preferably liquid).

How to cook:

Beat the egg slightly with a whisk until smooth. Add melted butter, apple cider vinegar. Grind the banana in a blender or mash with a fork, combine with the mixture. Then add honey and mix thoroughly. Now separately mix all the “dry” ingredients and spices. It is better to chop dried apricots and prunes, chop nuts in a blender. Combine both mixtures and mix well again.

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees. Form balls from the mixture, put on a baking sheet (you can first put special baking paper on it) and bake for 25 minutes. Healthy and delicious cookie ready!

Even avid athletes can afford such a treat, because it does not contain harmful products, there is a minimum of fat, but a lot of fiber, slow carbohydrates and protein. You can experiment: add different types of nuts, dried fruits, berries. Also, the degree of chopping of nuts affects the taste.
