For sweet cakes, yeast dough is cooked in a dough. Dissolve yeast, a tablespoon of sugar and a glass of flour in warm milk. The mixture in consistency should be like a muffin. Cover the dough with a towel and place in a warm place for 1.5-2 hours. It is considered ready when it reaches maximum lift. Then the dough falls and wrinkles appear on the surface.

Rub eggs, sugar and salt in a separate container. Mix well. Melt butter or margarine in a water bath. Cool to room temperature. Add butter and mashed eggs to the dough. Gradually introduce the flour while mixing thoroughly. Put the dough on the table and knead well. Sprinkle with flour to prevent it from sticking to your hands. Put the finished dough in a bowl and cover with a towel on top. Leave in a warm place for 2 hours.

Divide the dough into small balls. Then roll them into cakes and leave them for a while.

You can prepare the filling in several ways: - Remove the core from the apples, peel it and cut into slices. With this cut, the fruit will not break up, especially if the variety is sweet. Dip the slices in cold acidified or salted water for 5-10 minutes so that they do not darken. - Cut apple slices, sprinkle sugar on top and sprinkle with whiskey or vodka. It is better to cook such a filling in the evening. You can add dried apricots or raisins. - Peel the apple and grate it on a coarse grater. Pour the mass with lemon juice and sprinkle with sugar.

Remove the core from the top of the apple, while the base remains intact. Pierce the peel with a fork in several places. Then put the apples on a baking sheet and put a piece of sugar on top of the hole. Pour water into the bottom. Bake for half an hour. Ready apples use for making mashed potatoes.

Put the prepared stuffing in the middle of each tortilla and cover the edges. Put the pies on a baking sheet, grease the egg on top. Bake in a preheated oven to 200C. Determine readiness with a wooden stick.
