You will need

  • 400 grams of puff pastry,

  • 500 grams of salmon,

  • 150 grams of champignons,

  • 80 grams of spinach

  • 1 onion,

  • 100 ml cream

  • 1 teaspoon flour

  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter

  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil

  • salt to taste

  • ground black pepper to taste.

Instruction manual

1

Cut the peeled onion into medium cubes.

Mushrooms cut into plates.

Chop the spinach.

2

In melted butter, fry the onions for 30 seconds, then add vegetable oil and continue frying for another 3 minutes. Fry over medium heat. Add the mushrooms. Continue to fry until the liquid evaporates from the mushrooms. Once the liquid has evaporated, pour 100 ml of cream, bring to a boil and add spinach. Salt and pepper to taste.

3

The filling for the pie may turn out to be liquidish, for the density we add a teaspoon of flour and mix. After boiling, boil until thickened.

4

Divide the puff pastry into two parts, one part should be larger than the other. We roll out most of the dough into a layer (it is better to make a thickness of 3 mm). We shift to a baking dish, which is better to cover with foil. The sides of the mold should be covered with dough.

5

We divide the salmon into 2 parts. We put the first part of the salmon in the form (on the dough), season with salt and pepper. Top with the cooled filling of champignons and onions, try on salt, if necessary, add. We cover the filling with the second half of the salmon, salt and pepper to taste.

6

We roll the second part of the dough into a layer and cover it with a pie with salmon, we fasten the edges. To prevent the cake from deforming during baking, make a small dent on the test, the cake can be greased with slightly beaten egg or milk - to taste, you can also not lubricate it.

7

We put the cake pan in the preheated oven (190 degrees) for half an hour. Bake to a delicious roast. We take out the finished cake from the oven and allow it to cool slightly. When hot, it’s difficult to cut into portions. Serve with sauce.
