You will need

    • 1 st.milk;
    • 2 eggs;
    • 70 g of oil;
    • 2 tbsp Sahara;
    • a pinch of salt;
    • bag of dry yeast;
    • 300 g flour;
    • 1 can of canned mackerel;
    • 70 g of rice;
    • 1 onion;
    • vegetable oil;
    • salt and pepper.

Instruction manual

1

Start by making the dough. In a deep bowl, mix a bag of yeast with warmed milk and rub until no lumps remain. Melt the butter in a saucepan and pour it into the milk. Pour sugar and salt, mix again. Then, portion the flour into the dough, mixing thoroughly. The dough should be dense and elastic. After kneading, cover a bowl with a towel and place in a warm place for 2-3 hours. Periodically rising dough will need to be lowered, stirring with a spoon. To make the cake tasty, it must rise at least three times.

2

Get stuffed. Rinse the rice and boil it in salted water for 15-20 minutes. Drain excess water, put rice in a deep bowl. Peel the onion, finely chop and fry in warmed vegetable oil until transparent. Put the fried onions in the rice. Open a can of mackerel. It is best if it is not in oil, but in its own juice. Drain the excess liquid, mash the fish with a fork. Add it to rice and onion, salt, pepper and mix.

3

Divide the dough into two equal parts. Roll out one of them in the form of a rectangle on a cutting board, sprinkled with flour. Place the formation on a greased baking sheet. Place the filling evenly on top. Cover with the second rolled piece of dough. Then make a hole in the middle of the top of the cake so that steam comes out. Lubricate the dough with whipped yolk. You can leave the cake for a while to melt. Bake it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until the dough is ready.

4

After cooking, remove the cake from the sheet, lay on a flat surface and cover with a towel. Leave it for 5-10 minutes. You can serve the dish both hot and cold.

5

Instead of rice, you can use potatoes as an addition to mackerel. Peel a few tubers and boil them until cooked. Cut the potatoes into large cubes, mix with fish and onions and place the filling in the pie.
