First you need to knead a thick dough. To do this, butter or margarine is mixed with eggs, sugar, soda, sour cream and flour. Oil or margarine should be of a soft consistency, so it is advisable to remove them from the refrigerator in advance. Sour cream can be replaced with kefir.

The dough must be thoroughly mixed. After that, you need to put it in a form. This will be the first layer of the pie.
