Cook the dough. Heat 130 ml of water, the water should be warm, not hot, otherwise the yeast will not work. Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water, 1 tbsp can be added. a spoonful of flour. Leave on for 10 minutes. When yeast comes together, mix with the rest of the flour, olive oil and salt. Knead the dough, form a ball, cover with a damp cloth and leave until the dough is doubled in size. When it rises, knead the dough and leave for another 45 minutes, knead again. The dough is ready.

Make the sauce. Take a frying pan, pour 2 teaspoons of olive oil, heat it over medium heat. Grind 2 cloves of garlic and toss in a pan, wait until the garlic darkens.
