You will need

  • For the test:

  • - 150 ml of water;

  • - 300 g of flour;

  • - 50 g of baking powder for the test;

  • - a pinch of salt;

  • - 1 tbsp. a spoon of olive oil.

  • For filling:

  • - 3 tomatoes;

  • - 2 cloves of garlic;

  • - 1 tbsp. a spoon of olive oil;

  • - a pinch of basil;

  • - 100 g mozzarella;

  • - 100 g salami or bacon;

  • - 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds.

Instruction manual

Mix flour with baking powder, add water, salt and olive oil to them. Knead the dough. Add some more water and flour to make the dough very elastic. Leave it at room temperature for 15 minutes.

Roll a cake from the dough with a thickness of not more than 1 cm. Put in a pan with refractory handles, after sprinkling it with olive oil, and put it on a slow fire. Thanks to this, the bottom of the pizza will be browned before it is placed in the oven, so that the dish will cook much faster.

While the pan is heating, place the sliced ​​slices of tomatoes, salami and mozzarella on the dough. Salt a little, pour olive oil, sprinkle with basil and fennel seeds.

Set the oven to grill. Heat it well and place the pizza pan in it. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the crust is lightly browned and the cheese melts. Serve the cooked pizza to the table hot.

As a filling, you can also use any other products, for example, mushrooms, bell peppers or olives.
