Cut the pepper into slices, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, chop the onion and celery into a cube. Heat 1 tbsp in a pan oil and put vegetables there. Reduce the heat to medium - vegetables should never be fried or burnt. Fry until vegetables are softer.
