Sift the flour and collect it with a slide, make a recess at the top and break one egg into it. Pour warm water into the recess, add a teaspoon of salt and knead the steep dough. Leave the kneading dough at room temperature for half an hour.

Wash the fillet, fill with water (no salt needs to be salted) and boil. Cool boiled chicken, then split into fibers. Combine chicken, egg, 3 tbsp in a bowl. tablespoons of milk, 250 grams of grated cheese, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of your favorite spices, black pepper (to taste), chopped dill and chopped garlic cloves, mix, the filling is ready.

Sprinkle a small amount of flour onto the work surface. Roll the dough thinly. Use a glass to cut out the circles.

Sprinkle flour on each side on both sides. Put in the center of the circle a serving of chicken filling. Bend the circle with the filling in half and pinch the edges. Then connect the corners together. Get a big dumpling.

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, sprinkle with a little flour and spread the dumplings. Place the pan with dumplings in a cool place for half an hour.

Cook the dumplings in salted water until cooked. If desired, dumplings can be fried in butter or vegetable oil.
