Dumplings - this is a fairly satisfying dish. The filling of dumplings can be meat or fish. We are used to the fact that dumplings are mostly round and should be boiled. Dumplings "Rosettes" are prepared on a vegetable pillow, and look just great.

You will need:
For the test:
- eggs 2 pcs.
- salt 0.5 tsp
- flour 300 g
For minced meat:
- beef 350 g
- pork 350 g
- onion 1 pc.
- greens
- egg
- salt and pepper to taste
For a vegetable pillow:
- carrots 1 pc.
- bell pepper 1 pc.
- onion 1 pc.
- zucchini 200 g
- tomato 2 pcs.
Cooking:
Cooking minced meat. Rinse the meat and cut into small pieces. Scroll meat, onions, greens in a meat grinder. Add raw egg, salt, pepper. We mix everything.
Knead the dough. Break eggs, add flour and salt. We mix everything. We take a rolling pin and roll out the dough thinner. Then we cut the dough into strips of centimeters 10. Put the minced meat in half the strips. Fold the dough in half, then turn it into a roll, turning the ends inward. It should turn out a rose.
Now prepare the vegetable pillow. Onion cut into half rings. On a fine grater, rub the peeled carrots. Bulgarian pepper, tomato and zucchini cut into strips. Take a frying pan and heat with vegetable oil. Stew vegetables, salt and pepper a little.
We spread the roses on the vegetables and add a little water to the middle of the dumpling. Cover and simmer until cooked.
