You will need

    • milk - 200 ml;
    • sugar - 200 gr;
    • flour - 500 gr;
    • yolks - 3 pcs;
    • baking powder - 1 pack (12 gr);
    • chocolate - 200 gr;
    • sour cream - 2 tablespoons

Instruction manual

1

Sift flour to get rid of impregnations and enrich it with oxygen. Take a deep bowl and pour the sifted flour, add sugar, baking powder. Mix everything.

2

Pour the yolks into a separate plate and beat them with a fork. Heat the milk slightly to room temperature and pour into the yolks. Add flour with whipped yolks to the flour. Knead the dough for a short time - until the mass becomes homogeneous and flour lumps are not visible. To the touch the dough should be sticky.

3

From the dough, blind a large cake and let it cool for a while. Sprinkle flour with a rolling pin on a table, roll a pancake. The thickness of the rolled dough should be approximately 1 cm. Periodically sprinkle the dough with flour so that it does not stick to the table. Take a glass or cookie cutters to cut out the edges of the dough and cut out circles or figures. Gather the rest of the dough into a cake, roll and cut out the cookies again.

4

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (heat no more than 10 minutes). Lubricate the baking sheet with oil and lay out the carved figures on it. Keep a distance of 1 cm between the cookies on the baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the oven for 10-14 minutes.

5

Melt the chocolate in a water bath; for this, take two small pots or cups of different sizes. Pour water into the lower one, which is larger, and put on a slow fire, install a smaller container on top. Place the chocolate evenly in the top bowl. As soon as the water in the lower pan begins to boil, the steam will begin to heat the chocolate. Stir the chocolate constantly so that it does not burn and melts evenly. When the consistency of chocolate becomes like a sauce, add sour cream, stir. Wait for a homogeneous mass and turn off the fire.

6

Take the finished treat out of the oven and cool, apply patterns with melted chocolate using a cooking syringe. The cookie is ready.

note

You can add lemon zest to the dough as you wish.
