To cook delicious and proper pasta, you need to properly boil spaghetti. Take a deep pan, pour enough water, salt, pepper, add thyme and bring to a boil. Put spaghetti in seasoned boiling water, add 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil so that the pasta does not stick together. Boil the pasta until tender, drain the water, and rinse the spaghetti with cool water.

While the spaghetti water begins to boil, you can start making spaghetti sauce. Wash tomatoes, zucchini, hot and Bulgarian peppers in cold water. Peel the zucchini, remove the seeds from the peppers. Cut one tomato into small cubes, and chop the other two tomatoes in a puree in a blender.

Chop the bell pepper into small cubes and chop the hot pepper very finely. Zucchini, too, finely chop or chop in a blender.
