  • - 2 cloves of garlic

  • - 1 pinch of nutmeg

  • - salt, pepper to taste

Pour water into the pan, bring it to a boil and salt it while the water is boiling, lower the spaghetti into it, and then reduce the heat a little. Cook pasta as long as indicated on the package.

Peel the shrimp and then rinse. Pour vegetable oil into a pan, heat it well, add chopped garlic, and then shrimp. Fry the shrimp for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly. After that, add green peas, spices, salt, pepper to the pan. Fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes.

Flip the spaghetti into a colander, wash it a little with water so that they do not stick together. Put the pasta on a dish, season with olive oil, mix. Put the shrimp on top, pour the sauce obtained by frying seafood.

Grate the cheese, sprinkle on top of the finished pasta, serve. The dish can be decorated with fresh herbs.
