  • - 1 tablespoon of lemon juice;

  • - 1 teaspoon of mustard.

  • - 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds;

  • - 1/2 tsp sugar;

  • - freshly ground black pepper;

  • - salt.

Open a can of tuna and drain all the liquid. “Disassemble” the fish itself into small pieces with a fork.

Wash the tomatoes, dry them. Cut each tomato into 2 halves.

Wash the cucumber, wipe it dry and cut into circles, and then cut them into halves. Cut green onions with ringlets.

Rinse the lettuce leaves and use your hands to pick pieces of them of arbitrary shape and size.

Put the egg in boiling water and cook “in a bag”. In order to boil the egg properly, it must be kept in water for 4 minutes from the moment of boiling. Before you drop the egg into the water, salt it. Once the egg is boiled, transfer it to cold water, free from the shell and cut into 2 halves.

We are preparing a gas station. Combine salt, freshly ground pepper, lemon juice, sugar and mustard in a bowl. To this add sesame seeds, olive oil and mix.
