- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - ½ cup oatmeal (or whole wheat);
- - 1 large egg;
- - 1/3 cup grated pecorino cheese (or parmesan);

Cook broccoli in a saucepan. Cook until it becomes a little soft, so broccoli will retain its beneficial properties. You can also steam it in a double boiler. Prepares in just five minutes.

Finely chop the broccoli, crush the clove of garlic and remove all excess parts from it. You can mix everything in a blender, then pre-cut the garlic into several slices, so its taste will be more complete in the dish.

In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, chopped clove of garlic, oatmeal, egg, pecorino cheese, red pepper, and salt and ground pepper. Form small balls in the palm, flatten on top.
