Pasta casserole with minced meat is prepared as follows:

Boil the pasta until cooked.

Let it boil a little, and then add the beaten egg and yogurt. Then melt 2/3 of the cheese in this sauce. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. Lay pasta with minced meat and vegetables on the bottom. Pour the casserole with sauce. Place it in an oven preheated to 200 ° - 220 ° C. Bake for 30 minutes. About 10 minutes before cooking, sprinkle the casserole with the remaining cheese. The finished dish can be decorated with chopped herbs.

For meat casseroles, you can use various types of meat: turkey, pork, beef, rabbit, chicken, etc. And the meat can be taken in the form of minced meat, or you can just finely chop it.

Pasta can be replaced with dough sheets that can be bought at the supermarket. But you can cook them at home. Sift 200 g of flour, form a slide from it with a depression in the center. Drive two eggs into this hole and add salt. Mix all the ingredients, the dough should turn out quite steep and homogeneous. Cover the finished dough with a napkin. After half an hour, roll it to a thickness of 1 - 1.5 mm. Then cut from it plates of the necessary shape. If there are a lot of plates, then the extra ones can be frozen and used the next time. First, put the dough in the baking dish, then part of the minced meat, again the dough, the remaining minced meat. Cover all with dough plates. Pour the casserole with sauce and cook in the oven.
