Simple meat filling Make minced meat. It is better to take beef or mix in equal proportions pork and beef. Peel the onions and finely chop with a knife. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of sunflower oil into a pan and heat over a fire. Put the meat and onions in the hot oil, mix and fry over high heat, stirring for 5-7 minutes. Salt and pepper the meat, add a little boiled hot water, mix and cover the pan with a lid. Stuff the minced meat under the lid over medium heat until cooked. Put the finished meat in a deep cup. Cooked mincemeat can be either an independent filling, or be the basis for other options.

Stuffing with meat and egg Boil the eggs, peel them and finely chop with a knife. You can add a few crushed feathers of green onions. Put the chopped eggs and green onions in the sautéed minced meat and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

Fill with meat and rice Rinse the rice in running water several times until the water becomes clear. Put the rice in a saucepan, salt, pour water and put on fire. Cook rice over medium heat until cooked. Combine the finished rice with minced meat and mix.
