You will need
- - 250 g of minced meat;
- - 2 slices of white bread;
- - 25 ml of milk;
- - 35 g of rice "Basmati";
- - 1 small egg;
- - 1 small carrot;
- - 150 g sour cream;
- - 150 ml of water;
- - 1 tbsp flour;
- - vegetable oil for frying;
- - salt and black pepper to taste.

Soak bread for softness in milk. Grate the carrots. Rice pour boiling water for 15 minutes.

Mix bread and minced meat, add the egg and mix well. Then add carrots and mix again. Fold the rice in a colander and combine with minced meat and carrots. Add spices.

Form balls and brew them in flour. Heat a frying pan with a small amount of oil and fry the hedgehogs in it for 3 minutes. Transfer to a deep pan, pour a mixture of water with sour cream and simmer over medium heat for 40 minutes. Bon Appetit!
