You will need
- - 2 kg of beef,
- - 2 onions,
- - 4 grams of coriander,
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise
- - salt to taste,
- - 1 teaspoon of soda,
- - 400 g of any fat.

For soft beef skewers, choose the neck of the carcass.

Crush the coriander peas with a mortar, but not very finely.

Pass the peeled bulbs through a meat grinder or blender. If there is no blender at hand, then grate the onions.

Rinse the meat and cut into slices 3.5 by 4 cm, a little more can be.

Put the pieces of meat in a bowl, season with salt, chopped onions, mayonnaise, soda, and coriander, mix well. Crush the meat with a plate on which you can put a small load and leave for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.

Put the marinated meat on the skewers, alternating the meat with a piece of internal fat. So the meat will turn out more juicy.

Sprinkle 2-3 skewers with meat and scarlet with breadcrumbs, which are pressed with your hands to the meat. So you get a kebab with a nice crunch.

Cook the barbecue over the coals. To prevent the coals from burning up from dripping fat, periodically spray them with a small amount of water.

Transfer the prepared barbecue to a wide dish and serve with fresh vegetables, your favorite sauce and drinks.
