Beat eggs and combine with honey, sunflower oil, sugar. Stir the composition.

Add flour, starch, lemon zest, cinnamon to the mass. Soda up vinegar, combine with the dough. After this, mix the composition well.

The dough should be dense. It must be placed in a form oiled. Bake in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees for about 40 minutes.

The dough should rise well. The readiness of the cake can be determined with a toothpick by piercing it with a cake (it should not be wet). Baking during cooking will turn chocolate color.

Let the cake cool, then cut into small pieces (about 3 cm) for better impregnation with sour cream. Set crispy and browned slices, subsequently crumb is made from them for sprinkling cake.
