You will need

  • - frozen raspberries - 350-400 g;

  • - flour - 1/2 cup;

  • - cocoa - 3 tablespoons;

  • - baking powder for dough - 1 teaspoon;

  • - butter - 2 tablespoons;

  • - brown sugar - 1/2 cup + 1/3 cup;

  • - vanilla sugar - 1 teaspoon;

  • - milk - 1/4 cup;

  • - cream 35% - 100 g.

Instruction manual

1

Remove raspberries from the freezer and leave to defrost at room temperature. As soon as this happens, it is necessary to divide it into 2 parts and wipe one of them through a sieve. The result should be approximately 3/4 cup of juice.

2

Combine the following ingredients in one dish: flour, a tablespoon of cocoa and a baking powder for dough. Mix everything thoroughly.

3

Put the butter in a separate cup and beat. Then add half a glass of brown sugar to it, as well as vanilla sugar. Stir the resulting mixture until it turns into a homogeneous mass.

4

To the sugar-cream mass, gradually add a mixture of flour and milk. Beat well. The result is a dough.

5

On a baking dish put a sheet of parchment, and on it, respectively, the dough. Put the berry and raspberry juice on the dough. Mix the remaining sugar with cocoa. Pour the resulting mixture for future dessert.

6

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Let the dessert bake for approximately 40 minutes. Cool the finished dish slightly and serve to the table with whipped cream. Raspberry Pudding is ready!
