Pour water into a large pot and bring it to a boil. Throw pasta, salt and cook for about 8-10 minutes until tender.

Seafood, if frozen, must be thawed. Pour water into a saucepan, bring to a boil and toss squids, mussels and shrimps into it. Boil in boiling water for no more than 5-6 minutes. Then discard through a sieve and strain the broth from small particles.

Chop the onion finely and grate the carrots. Start frying them in vegetable oil in a small saucepan or any other deep container. After their semi-preparedness, toss the chopped boiled squid, mussels and shrimp to the vegetables. Chop the crab sticks into small pieces as well. Salt and pepper everything.

When the onions and carrots stop crackling, pour a mixture of 100 ml of broth, where seafood and cream were cooked, add more salt and seasoning. Leave to simmer for 5-7 minutes over medium heat. Before the very shutdown, sprinkle the sauce with grated cheese and mix.
