All of them are quite simple, including muffins with cinnamon and dried apricots - air cupcakes with a slight aroma of cinnamon.

- - sugar 150 gr.

- - vegetable oil 5 tbsp. l
- - dried apricots 1 tbsp.

We set to cook or bake apples for 30-40 minutes. Then cool the apples and mash them using a blender. Add sugar, vegetable oil and 1 tbsp. baking powder for dough in applesauce, mix.

Add the flour portionwise and mix the dough well so that the lumps disappear. We put the finished dough in a warm place for 1 hour.

Soak dried apricots for 20 minutes. Then grind dried apricots in a blender into small pieces and add together with 1 tsp. cinnamon in the dough.

Pour the dough 2/3 into special silicone molds for baking and put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

After the muffins are ready, carefully remove them from the molds and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
