You will need

  • - cherry tomatoes 100 g;

  • -seafood cocktail (tiger prawns, octopus, squid and scallops);

  • - garlic 1-2 cloves;

  • - linguine paste 100 g;

  • - fish broth 200 g;

  • - basil 5 g;

  • white wine 50 g;

  • - salt and pepper (optional);

  • -tomato sauce 2-3 tbsp.;

  • -olive oil.

Instruction manual

1

Peel, rinse and cut the shrimp. Cut into octopus slices. Peel and cut the squid rings. Scallops cut.

2

Chop the garlic. Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves.

3

Put linguini in boiling salted water and cook until al dente (when the pasta is ready, but still hard, because it has not had time to boil).

4

Sprinkle olive oil over the pan. Already on the hot put chopped seafood. Add garlic and lightly fry.

5

Add white wine and evaporate so that there is no sour taste.

6

Pour in fish stock. Season with tomato sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.

7

Throw the pasta into a colander.

8

Transfer the linguine to seafood and sauce in a pan.

9

Tear off the basil leaves. Add basil and cherry tomatoes to the linguine and mix. Add olive oil.

10

Gently and beautifully spread the pasta with seafood on a plate. Use basil leaves for decoration.
