Sometimes there is absolutely no time or energy left to cook and I want to "get off" with a simple whip up dish. The first thing that comes to mind is sausages. But I don’t want to feed my family with semi-finished convenience foods, into which it’s crammed. There is an exit! Prepare the sausages yourself, and you will not keep activated charcoal in a conspicuous place, because you know what they are made of.

You will need

  • - 500 g of chicken meat;

  • - 1 onion;

  • - an egg;

  • - half a glass of milk;

  • - salt pepper;

  • - 0.5 tsp curry;

  • - seasoning for chicken;

  • - vegetable oil.

Instruction manual

1

Cut the meat and onions into small pieces, then chop them together in a blender. It’s better even after this and through the meat grinder to roll the mince.

2

Now pour the minced meat back into the blender (before doing this, rinse it so that the delicate minced meat does not mix with the undercut pieces), pour milk and scroll again.

3

Transfer the meat mass to a bowl, add the egg, salt and season with spices. Stir the minced meat properly and let it stand for a while so that it is well saturated with the aromas of spices.

4

Now you can begin to form sausages: on the edge of a piece of film, lay out two tablespoons of minced meat and begin to gently twist in the form of sausages. Now twist tightly and tie the ends of the film. Try to let all air out from under the casing.

5

Sausages are ready and now they can be boiled. They are boiled for 5-7 minutes in boiling water with a pinch of salt. After cooking, you can immediately serve them to the table, or you can also fry them until golden brown.

Useful advice

Somehow give yourself a day off and prepare for the future these sausages. And then you just have to take them out of the freezer and spend 5 minutes on decoction.
