First we process the vegetables. Remove the peel from the tomatoes, first scalding them. They must also be cut into cubes. Bell pepper is also pre-processed. We do not remove the peel from it, but we need to remove the seed box from it, and cut the stem. We also cut the pepper into slices, exactly. It is also recommended to cut into cubes, like tomatoes. If you like fried onions - peel, chop and fry it in the same pan, in oil, and then proceed to the stewing stage.

We lay out the prepared vegetables in a pan, where we preliminarily add a little water. Add a little salt, optionally - nutmeg, basil. Stew vegetables for some time - about 15 minutes, no more.

Now proceed to the chicken. It must be processed - beat off, cut, beat off again. Salt and pepper to taste. Put vegetables on the finished slices. Pour sunflower oil on a baking sheet. If the filling is enough - it can be distributed on top of the rolls. We send everything to cook in the oven. On average, the baking time is about 40 minutes at an average temperature. It is necessary to heat the oven to 200-250 degrees.

You can put the rolls in a baking sheet on the foil. This will help prevent the loss of precious product juice.

It is better not to put fully stewed vegetables. Otherwise, during baking, they will boil greatly.
