  • 2 eggs,

  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of mayonnaise or sour cream,

  • 1 onion,

  • 4 potatoes

  • some salt

  • dry spices to taste,

Rinse the fillet, (if necessary, first thaw it) and pat dry with paper towels. Cut the chicken into thin strips and put it in a cup.

Grind the peeled onion in a blender or grate - to whom it is more convenient. Put chopped onions to the meat. Add two eggs, salt, pepper to taste, season with your favorite spices and curry (you can add a pinch of red ground sweet pepper if desired). Season with mayonnaise and mix. Place the chicken cup under the marinade in the refrigerator for an hour or overnight.

Peel, wash, grate the potatoes on a medium grater (you can skip the potatoes through a food processor). Mix grated potatoes with chicken under the marinade.

Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan. Spread the meat in a pan with a spoon (just like pancakes). Cook over low heat under a lid for 5 minutes on each side. Fritters should be fried until golden brown. Serve chicken pancakes with light vegetable salad or boiled rice.

Useful advice

If you plan to leave the preparation "for later", then mix the potatoes with chicken immediately before cooking (frying).
