Muffins in the understanding of most people are rich cupcakes with or without filling, which are served with tea or coffee. For cooking you will need:

- chicken fillet - 600 700 g;

- hard cheese 150 g;

- milk - 0.5 cups;

- flour - 0.5 cups;

- eggs - 2 pieces;

- fresh parsley - 5 - 6 branches;

- mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l;

- sour cream - 2 tbsp. l;

- salt and spices to taste.

Boil chicken meat in salted water until tender, cool, remove bones, cartilage and skin, and cut the fillet into small cubes, pour the meat into a deep bowl.

We grate hard cheese on a medium soup grater and send it to chicken meat. To the two available ingredients, add mayonnaise, eggs, milk, sour cream, salt and spices. Mix well.

We sort out the fresh parsley, rinse with cold running water, dry it with a paper towel or a napkin and a very small crumb, put the greens in a bowl, add the sifted flour to it. Again, mix everything until the mass becomes homogeneous.

Lubricate the cupcake molds with sunflower oil and fill it with the resulting mass, leaving about 0.5 centimeters to the top.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the molds on a baking sheet and bake muffins for 20 - 25 minutes. Muffins can be prepared with a toothpick or a sharp knife. We take the finished dish out of the oven, let it cool slightly, and only then remove the muffins from the molds. Muffins are served slightly chilled to the table.

For those who like mushrooms, you can add them to muffins, you just need to boil or fry them first.
