Wash the chicken thoroughly and dry it. Then grate with salt, pepper and spices, put in a bag and put in the refrigerator on the lower shelf to marinate for six hours. Since the pickling process is very long, to cook dinner, marinate the chicken better in the morning.

Take 150 g of buckwheat and carefully sort it so that trash and pebbles do not come across. Pour buckwheat into a colander and rinse well under running water. In a small saucepan, boil the cereal in salted water until half cooked.

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees. Bake the chicken for forty minutes, after which time remove the bacon and cook for about fifty minutes until crusty and golden brown. Cut the prepared stuffed chicken along, place the side dish on a plate, then chop the chicken in the usual way.
